Favorite spot in town. Holly and Ray get right everytime. London Fog with Irish Black Tea excellent and the frozen turtle wonderful. Boom boom Burrito excellent. Trying the Nigel B-fast Sandwhich today.

I made my first visit to Mudhouse early in the morning on a Monday, so I didn't experience any of the issues other people have mentioned with students and their backpacks and laptops crowding the place. . . but what else would one expect in this neighborhood, in a university town? If students didn't crowd the place at certain hours of the day, it would be a reason to stay away! Service was fast and friendly. The place was nice and clean, including the restroom. The atmosphere was warm and soothing, and I appreciated the local art being displayed on the walls; I don't know how often they change it, but I'm interested to see what they put up next. The coffee was unremarkable but certainly good enough, and if you are a boring old drip coffee enthusiast like myself, you get a bottomless cup and multiple choices of beans/roasts for only $4.50. This place doesn't have an actual kitchen, but working with what they've got, they've still got a better, more extensive menu than Starbuck's. You're not going to get a memorable meal here, but hey: it's a coffee shop, not a restaurant. I had a breakfast sandwich and found it acceptable, and about what I expected.

Went to this location for the first time. Got a Lavender Latte and a huge chocolate chip cookie. Sat down and just took it all in. Left a 100% tip. Great coffee joint. Great Latte. Will be back soon!

I had a phenomenal experience and it occurred to me that I should leave a review. The interior is very rustic and cozy, and the service was great—the employees were all very jovial the day I visited. Additionally, and more important to mention, I have been trying to recreate my order at home ever since my initial visit. It’s like a dream that I can’t quite remember. I’m fairly certain it was a limited time item and is no longer available, but it was so exceptional that I feel motivated to taste test the entire menu. Six stars for the food and coffee alone.

A bunch of friends & I met at The Mudhouse for a fun meeting on a Saturday at 10am. My first time to this location. Nice atmosphere, food, beverages, and service. We were able to get a large table for our group. It smells wonderful in there with all the foods they were cookin' up!☺️🥯🌯🍞🥐🍩🧁☕️🧋

I had never been to Mudhouse before but the place was packed and the drive through line was long so I figured it must be good! I got a hot gingerbread white mocha from their seasonal menu and it definitely hit the spot. I also got a chocolate croissant and it was very good. It was pretty crowded when we got their so it was a little difficult finding room for 5 people but after waiting for a few minutes we were able to all sit together.

I have visited this place for the first time and the place is so amazing. They have a really good ambience and they got a lot of space to see it and I love the pictures and it’s look like amazing. Who love to enjoy the coffee and good atmosphere. Coming to the price , I would say they are really affordable.

We stopped in for a coffee and hot tea. I love their loos tea leaf wall. There are lots of options and I was able to take my favorite choice to the counter and they made me hot tea with it. Great place great environment, friendly people.

Great little coffee spot that's very welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they have a great selection of teas available to be brewed for you on the spot or portioned out bags for you to take home. I had their jitter bug frozen coffee and it was perfect for a warm day. It wasn't too sweet and had a good kick to it. The place has plenty of seating from single tables accommodating 2 all the way up to bench style tables that can seat 6 maybe 8. This place is great for a drink and a hangout.
